MOVE-IN/OUT INFORMATION

• • Exhibitors will be directed by the International Centre Staff/ Carraway Parking during move-in/out of Hall 3 to ensure safety

  • Exhibitors will have the option of using drive-in door #90 or docks 87,88 or 89 for moving

  • Stronco will be providing 1 forklift and 15 handheld dollies 

  • Only small hand-held items are to be carried through the front entrance doors

  • Please see below Move-In/Out Schedule for ideal timing and map

STORAGE INFORMATION

• Storage is limited and we ask that you please utilize your on-site vehicles or behind your backdrop for exhibitors lining the wall. If on-site storage is required, please reach out to Karri at kbylsma@landscapeontario.com
