Fraudulent Emails and Phone Calls

Landscape Ontario members have noted receiving emails and phone calls from various marketing and lead generation firms, claiming to be the booking agent for booth sales or having attendee lists for sale for Snowposium and other industry contacts. These emails/phone calls are not from Landscape Ontario, nor does Landscape Ontario ever sell such private and valuable lists to any marketing companies or third parties. MOVE-IN/OUT INFORMATION

• • Exhibitors will be directed by the International Centre Staff/ Carraway Parking during move-in/out of Hall 5 to ensure safety

  • Exhibitors will have the option of using a drive-in door or docks 

  • Stronco will be providing forklifts and drivers as well as handheld dollies 

  • Only small hand-held items are to be carried through the front entrance doors

  • Please see Move-In/Out Schedule for ideal timing and map

STORAGE INFORMATION

• Storage is limited, and we ask that you please use your on-site vehicles or behind your backdrop for exhibitors lining the wall. If on-site storage is required, please reach out to Karri Bylsma, Show Manager at kbylsma@landscapeontario.com if you require additional space
